Whether it is morning, afternoon, or evening, this ice matcha latte is a perfect pick-me-up at any moment of the way. A classic recipe that you can make in just a heartbeat. This smooth and creamy, slightly sweet matcha ice latte recipe is here for you to enjoy!
You might not always be able to go to a cafe and a store-bought matcha latte powder might not be that healthy. Making it by yourself, however, you get to adjust the sweetness, how strong your matcha will be, and what kind of milk you want to use.
In this recipe, I use a barista-style oat milk, which means that the fat content is higher than regular oat milk. Fat content in the milk makes the latte much creamier and smoother. It also goes well with soy milk, almond milk, and coconut milk.
To get the most satisfaction out of the matcha latte, be sure to use good quality matcha. Otherwise, I promise you wouldn’t enjoy it at all! Let me know what is your favorite brand of Matcha!
