Super easy, rich, and velvety vegan matcha pudding is sure to satisfy your sweet craving. It is simple and required only a few ingredients and you only need a blender to complete the recipe.
Using only banana, avocado, matcha, syrup, and a dash of plant-based milk, this recipe is super healthy and fulfilling. There is no starch or gelatin to be used; the avocado gives the pudding an amazing texture. You can take a spoon full of this pudding with no need to take a guilt trip to the moon.
It is also a very healthy breakfast if you crave something sweet. The avocado is full of healthy fat that will maintain your blood sugar level and get you ready for the day. With a subtle sweet taste from banana, this matcha pudding is just a bowl of heaven.
You can basically replace matcha powder with something you would prefer at that moment like cocoa powder, instant coffee, or just vanilla beans. I also like to use a frozen bananas to give the pudding a little ice cream feels. Personally, I prefer this recipe quite sweet, but you can adjust the sweetness to your preference. Let me know how you like your pudding in the comment!
